Other site locations will require a minimal additional fee depending on the distance traveled.
Base Program
▪ All associated costs, inclusive, to provide the customer one final picture of the site in this package.
Customer may choose best view to be purchased, and additional views can be purchased for an additional cost.
▪ Final product of chosen view of site can be one 16x20 photo enlargement, professional quality, suitable for framing, or package price can be adjusted for other picture sizes or other picture media.
A CD of pictures chosen is also available for advertising or sales needs, for an additional cost.
▪ All assignments require a 50% deposit with the order.
▪ Balance of order is due, payment in full, at the time the final product is delivered.
Graphic art services
Custom photo-enhancement, cropping, enlargements, shading, foam core mounting, matting, and many other graphic services are available tailored to fit the customers needs.
Sales brochures, real estate advertising, Property legal artwork, to support litigation and other programs are available.
